After such a monochrome mood of the previous day I played around with some colour and happily came out looking like a macaron. I eat so many it was only a matter of time until I actually turned in to one. Shopbop had me interpret 'brights' as another trend for the week and as I don't feel entirely comfortable with most neons or severe brights I decided to stay with bright pastel hues.
Even the aptly named "Lavender Sweet Kick" top and Listerine coloured pants sound edible. As always the best thing about wearing so much colour is the positive reactions you get- the constant greetings of smiles and being compared to deserts certainly made for a brighter end to my Fashion Week.
Wearing: Ellery pants, Acne top, Asos shoes, Karen Walker sunglasses, Proenza Schouler bag, Michael Kors watch, Gorjana jewellery, Jacquie Aiche rings.
By the time Day 4 of Fashion Week rolls around I guarantee the last thing any female attending wants to do is put another pair of heels on their aching feet; so I didn't. I've mentioned before a downside of being so tall is not being able to utilise a majority of amazing heels, but on the other hand it is quite satisfying being able to go unnoticed wearing flats. Sometimes comfort prevails!
